COI/N

edit

Except for revealing his real name, what you were saying is okay. If you feel that Coz has a conflict of interest and that conflict of interest is affecting his ability to edit articles related to the SuperSonics in a neutral manner, then you can go ahead and create a discussion on the conflict of interest noticeboard and leave it up to the rest of the community to determine if he has a conflict of interest. You should be able to show his affiliation to Save Our Sonics by the rather large banner on his user page. --Bobblehead (rants) 06:10, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

However, you should note that expressing your concerns on the Seattle SuperSonics article and on the editor's user page were not good ideas. Technically, they were both vandalism with or without using the editor's name. On another note, I also had concerns about this editor's ability to write in a neutral manner. I suspected him to be an avid Sonics fan by his editing patterns before even looking at his user page it was apparent without the personal information. However, he's been much better lately. I wouldn't say a COI notice is necessary at this time. Okiefromokla questions? 21:36, 30 March 2008 (UTC)Reply
