Hi there, when you make edits to footballers' stats, please can you ensure that you also update the "stats correct as of" date? This edit, for example, changed Lapslie's article from saying he had played 18 games for Bradford as of 3 January to saying that he had played 27 games for Bradford as of 3 January, which obviously isn't true. I've fixed a few of these edits, but there are dozens more which have left the articles displaying false information. When you get a chance, please could you go through and correct the others? The quick way to do it is to overtype the date against the "club-update" parameter with five tildes (~~~~~). This will automatically display the current date and time when you hit publish. The edit in question was nothing to do with stats. The edit in question was the addition of the random characters "232w" at the top of the article. If this was just a typing error then ignore the warning. Please, though, take note of the other comments on your talk page about your many incorrect edits to players' infoboxes. Earlier, for example, you edited this article to say that Lee Evans had played three games for Bradford as of 14 December 2025, which obviously isn't true because he didn't sign for them until 2 February.... -- ChrisTheDude (talk) 16:14, 19 February 2026 (UTC)

Stats updates

Please note that we only include domestic league games in the infobox - so no Cup or Continental matches etc. Please also ensure that when you update the stats you also update the date, using ~~~~~. If you have any questions please ask. GiantSnowman 19:27, 19 February 2026 (UTC)
