Just to add to that, I made a few changes to the article, the biggest related to the family tree PDF. That was originally directly linked, but I put it in a citation, made sure it had an archive copy via Wayback (it's the sort of website that stops working one day) and added in some text as to which table to look at. The reason being that this allows the reader to assess this source better. It's not exactly a primary source, though some people may believe it to be, but at least people can see the context better even if it means two clicks rather than one. Thank you for the item, it does add to the fairly limited coverage of the merchant class of that era. ChrysGalley (talk) 12:03, 29 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
