It is often easier to prove the notability of a creative work than of a person. If the person is not yet notable, but their work has received multiple in-depth professional reviews, consider writing about the work instead.
This needs some truly independent sources, at significant length, to demonstrate notability. Here the sources are not independent or are interviews. The two routes are WP:GOLDENRULE or WP:NCREATIVE, and both require good quality independent sources to show that notability.
