Criteria
This barnstar is for editors who are accused of being part of a grand conspiracy in their efforts to uphold Wikipedia's policies.
Usage
To use this Barnstar template, create a new section on the user talkpage of the user you want to give the award to, and add {{subst:User:Winner 42/NWO Barnstar|1=Put your message here. ~~~~}}
to the talk page of the user to whom you wish to award it.
This barnstar has an alternate version.
To use, add |2=alt to the end:
