My name is Walker Scout Kinsler and I am a recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (class of 2025). I earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history with summa cum laude honors. I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2002 and raised in nearby Morristown, Tennessee. For most of my life, I've been passionate about history, Star Wars, and the Tennessee Titans. I had a particular interest in the American Civil War while growing up. I currently work for the Tennessee Department of Human Services and I hope to continue a long career in public service.

I created the username of WKHR by taking my first and last initials, and combining them with an abbreviation for House of Representatives.
