Education

I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with an honors degree in Secondary English Education and Literary & Critical Studies in English. I also hold certificates in Cultures & Communities and LGBT Studies. At the 2011 UWM Lavender Graduation I recieved the Distinguished Service Award.

I continue to present at conferences in the Wisconsin area on topics such as identity & association, Queer Theory, constructivism, liberal arts pedagogy, intersections of identity and overlapping systems of oppression.
