- Briefly describe why you have chosen this article to evaluate. I have chosen this article to evaluate because the procedure to create microfoam interests me. Microfoam is widely used for latte art and has become very popular. To understand its application and chemistry is very fascinating to me. Also, the information on microfoam is extensive.
