editBlock began a career in politics by joining the district board of health.[3] From there she joined her local municipal council, where later she would go on to serve a term and a half from November 3rd of 2003 to July 15th 2007 as Waldheim's town mayor, according to the town hall office of Waldheim..[4]At this time she would also become a member of Saskatoon Regional Health Authority, as well as the Director of Administrational Forest Grove Community Church.[5]
Career
editBlock was elected into the House of Commons in 2015 and was re-elected back in during the 2019 federal election.[6] She won her 2019 riding with 79.8% of the vote[7].
