Hi all! My name is Salem and I'm currently a theatre-film-literature and English language student in Belgium. I have a huge interest in film, literature, photography, music and art overall.
I was born and lived all my life in Brussels, the capital of Belgium, and spoke (Flemish) Dutch and French growing up. In high school I went to an art school in Brussels and studied audiovisual arts. For university I moved to Antwerp and am now finishing my BA in English and TFL-studies. I'm currently 20 years old so younger than this site itself!
As I've stated, I'm very passionate about certain topics and niche subcategories (mostly in the arts), so my reasons for joining wikipedia are to expand on already existing pages, translate pages into the languages I know to make them more accessible, and possibly make new pages for underrepresented topics.
