The university was founded in 2014 and is located in Haddah District, Faj Attan, Beirut Street, in the capital city of Sana'a. The university seeks to offer educational programs that comply with accredited academic standards at both the local and international levels.

Center Functions:
- Preparing quality and development plans in coordination with concerned university entities.
- Submitting annual and periodic reports to the university president regarding performance and challenges along with recommendations.
- Monitoring the implementation of quality standards and academic accreditation requirements.
- Establishing communication channels and cooperation agreements with quality and accreditation institutions locally and internationally.
- Assisting colleges and administrative units in establishing internal quality systems and obtaining academic accreditation.
- Supervising the development of academic plans, programs, and curricula in line with quality standards.
- Developing mechanisms for evaluating stakeholder satisfaction.

Training and Qualification Center
editThe Training and Qualification Center at Emirates International University is a specialized training center that provides high-quality professional and technical training programs to meet the needs of university affiliates (academic and administrative leadership, faculty members, assistants, staff, and students) as well as individuals and institutions outside the university.
The center focuses on equipping trainees with the skills necessary for professional success and offers diverse training programs in administrative, computer, engineering, medical, community, business administration, information technology, engineering, health, education, law, finance, human resources, marketing, sales, customer service, quality, occupational safety, and self-development fields.
The center is distinguished by qualified and experienced trainers, modern facilities equipped with advanced technologies, and offers short-term, long-term, and customized training programs.
