The CONCACAF Regions League is a quaternary association football tournament proposed. It would pit the semifinalists of the NAFU Regions League, the top three finishers in the UNCAF Regions League, and the champion of the CFU Regions League in an eight-team tournament to determine a group stage berth in the CONCACAF Confederations League.
