Current interests:
- NEW REG Limited (Companies House 03143909), of which I am the founder and Person of Significant Control. NEW REG Limited operates the consumer trading brands Car.co.uk, NewReg.co.uk, Trader.co.uk and Garage.co.uk.
- PICCUP LIMITED (Companies House 10872797), of which I am the founder and Person of Significant Control. PICCUP LIMITED operates the trading brand MonacoViews.com.
Former interests:
- Recycling Lives — I founded the Recycling Lives social enterprise, incorporated the associated charity entity (Recycling Lives Charity, Companies House 05781363) on 13 April 2006, and served as a director of the commercial entities until 2017 and as Chairman of the group until October 2020. In 2020 I exited the group fully — selling all my shares in the commercial entities and resigning as trustee and member of the charity — and have had no role with the brand since.
- Preston North End F.C. — I served as CEO and held a major shareholding from 2002 to 2005.
In line with the Wikipedia Conflict of Interest guideline and the paid contributions disclosure, I will not directly edit articles about myself, the above entities, the brands they operate, or other closely associated topics — including those I have since exited. I will propose changes on article Talk pages using the {{request edit}} template, with citations to independent secondary sources, and leave the decision to action those changes to uninvolved editors.
