Jacopo mio Fratello

edit

Jacopo was a political figure, revolutionary, statesman, sports commentator, gigolo, war criminal and dictator of Ciarpame sul Seveso from 2027 to 2032. He is known for his corruption scandals, affiliation with Bunga Bunga parties.

Early life and Education

edit

Jacopo was born at a very young age on Mars from Haredi Jew parents.[1] However, they soon migrated to Earth, briefly in Dagestan and then in Trento, to flee from the lack of oxygen and Martian antisemitism.

Jacopo found a job in a local pizzera and became famous in his neighbourhood for his dedication to the Khrapaetal celebrations, and his love for Cicciogamer89.

Meeting with Rabbi Friedman

edit

In early 2012 during the famous International Rabbi Conference on Mars, on the massive spaceship.

It was then he came to contact with radical voices, such as Rabbi Baruch, but the most influential according to historian John John was Rabbi Friedman, whom Jacopo later called "the greatest man I have ever met, after Silvio Berlusconi".[2] Jacopo engaged in several discussions and debates during the conference, and became an advocate for what would become notorious flat-earth theory

Rabbi Baruch trauma incident

During the same conference, Jacopo fought Rabbi Baruch in a duel, which he almost lost due to the man's screaming of "Goy" and "Adioleeeh Baioh adi i'ilaolah!", and was saved in extremis by his cousin Philippe, who was not wearing a kippah.[3]

Joining of Michael Rosen cult

edit

Jacopo then allegedly joined the Michael Rosen cult, a terrorist organisation responsible for the 11/9 Attacks.

Meeting with Tito and Pan-Slavic indoctrination

edit

When he met Tito he was radicalised alongside Aleksandar Vucic, president of Serbia who later became known as Aleks the Reconqueror after he reformed Yugoslavia. Jacopo became one of Vucic's most ardent supporters and later helped during a coup d'état, and

Mirko Alessandrini (1989-2025), known online as CiccioGamer89 or simply Ciccio, was an Italian YouTuber and child-trafficker. He joined YouTube on July 8, 2012, and his channel gained over three million subscribers, making him the 40th most-subscribed Italian YouTuber.

In his channel he mainly posts gameplay videos, but he also created a series of cooking videos called "In cucina con Ciccio" and several videos dedicated to his weight loss journey. He has opened multiple burger restaurants in Italy.[6]

Jacopo was shoked and allegedly never recovered from his childhood idol's death. He carried a picture of Cicciogamer89 ever since the latter's death.

Meeting with Saddam Hussein and Shaggy Prime

"I had never met such a nice leader" - Saddam Hussein

Saddam during his visit with Jac

Saddam Hussein met Jacopo in early 2026. Many Arabs regard Saddam as a resolute leader who challenged Western imperialism, opposed the Israeli occupation of Palestine, and resisted foreign intervention in the region. Conversely, many Iraqis, particularly Shias and Kurds, perceive him as a tyrant responsible for acts of repression, mass killing and other injustices. Human Rights Watch estimated that Saddam's regime was responsible for the murder or disappearance of 250,000 to 290,000 Iraqis. Saddam's government has been described by several analysts as authoritarian and totalitarian, and by some as fascist, although the applicability of those labels has been contested.

Deal with Don Matteo

edit

The protagonist of the series is Father Matteo (portrayed by Terence Hill), a Catholic priest in a parish of the town of Gubbio, Perugia. He is mainly known for dealing with Jacopo and selling the 2028 election, which he could have won easily, but did not.

He is also known for his unrivaled talent in investigating local crime stories. Father Matteo is a wise and respected person who really manages to understand people's problems, and always appears to be willing to help. Thanks to his charm and positivity, he often helps criminals on their way to redemption and he always convinces them to confess their crimes and to accept their responsibilities.[7]

Comedian Nino Frassica portrays Marshal Antonio Cecchini, a middle-aged Carabiniere who also happens to be Matteo's best friend. Cecchini is one of the main co-protagonists and often provides humour and comic relief in the series. Other notable cast members include Flavio Insinna, who portrayed Captain Flavio Anceschi from 2000 to 2006, Milena Miconi, who played Laura, the mayor of Gubbio as well as Anceschi's love interest and Simone Montedoro who has been playing the role of Captain Giulio Tommasi, successor to Anceschi, since the sixth season.

Takeover of Ciarpame sul Seveso

edit
Rare picture of the Supreme Administrator

In early 2027, the town of Ciarpame sul Seveso, a small industrial municipality located along the Seveso River in northern Italy’s Brianza region, underwent a radical political upheaval. The event began when Jacopo mobilized a coalition of disaffected factory workers and links with Saddam Hussein.[8] On 14 March 2027, this coalition seized the town hall and announced the establishment of the Provisional Directorate of Ciarpame sul Seveso, with the Jacopo assuming the title of Supreme Administrator.

During his year-long rule, the Supreme Administrator implemented a series of aggressive and highly centralized reforms that reshaped daily life in Ciarpame sul Seveso.[9]

War crimes accusation

edit

Under Jacopo's, patrol units reportedly deployed high-pressure cannons against protestors, destroying several blocks of the historic center.[1]

Additionally, testimonies from former detainees described overcrowded holding facilities inside a repurposed municipal gymnasium, including reports that the heating system was deliberately disabled during winter “to encourage discipline.”[8]

Gabibbo during the 2027 Gabibbo Festival

A major development during this period was the emergence of the Cult of the Gabibbo, a quasi-religious movement sanctioned by the Directorate. The cult centered around Gabibbo reinterpreted by the regime as a symbol of “eternal vigilance wrapped in plush benevolence.” Shrines featuring the Gabibbo were installed at major intersections,[10] and the Supreme Administrator frequently appeared in public alongside Gabibbo, emphasizing the “spiritual guidance” it provided to the municipality.

Public execution of Big Chungus

edit

In late 2027, Directorate officers ordered the hero's “public neutralization,”[10] accusing it of promoting “eating disorders and chaos.”[8][11] The bunny was hanged by the neck in a highly choreographed event attended by uniformed patrol units . Despite the gravitas projected by the regime, eyewitnesses reported that Big Chungus stayed well alive for hours, prompting several officials to attempt—unsuccessfully—to maintain solemn expressions.[10]

The execution quickly became a symbol of the regime’s excesses, later cited as evidence of the absolutist and totalitarian rule of Ciarpame sul Seveso.[12]

Under Gabibbo's Theocracy (2028-2030)

edit

Historians argue that Gabibbo became a very popular and influential figure after the 2028 elections[13] and the Giovanni Rana bribes scandal, that concerned the majority of the parliament and many political parties across the aisle, leading to widespread disillusionment and decreased trust in the political establishment. Gabibbo presented himself as a viable, trustworthy candidate, who could reunited the fractured political scene.[14]

Some sources note that Gabibbo did not directly involve himself in politics, but used already present political figures in 2028 and 2029, like Daniele Capezzone during the brief Capezzone Administration[15], and even more during the Cicalone Administration. It was only after Berlusconi's return in 2030 that Gabibbo used his influence to the largest extent, establishing a theocratic state with him as de facto head.

During this time Jacopo continued his rule over Ciarpame sul Seveso, leading up to radical reforms.

Mecha-Berlusconi's return

edit

In 2030 Mediaset Laboratories Inc. scientists declared a major scientific breakthrough. On March 23rd of, two specialists managed successfully after years of trial to insert Berlusconi's cryogenised brain inside a body, and awakened Silvio from 7 years of cryogenised hibernation.

He was immediatly called to lead the Casa del Bunga Bunga party in the leadup to the 2030 general elections, which he won in a landslide, successfully gaining 300 out of the 500 seats, establishing the 5th Berlusconi Administration.

Bunga Bunga controversy

edit

During the autumn of 2032, Berlusconi's Bunga Bunga parties attracted increased media scrutiny due to the presence of Berlusconi's his new outfit, consisting of a heavily armed mecha armor.[16]

This new controversy sparked outrage and was the spark that ignited the Ciarpame sul Seveso Revolution, ending Jacopo's rule.
