K. Kumar is an Indian film producer who works in Tamil, Punjabi, and Pan-Indian cinema. He has produced films including the Tamil action-drama Garudan (2024) and the upcoming bilingual fantasy-action film Vrusshabha.
Career
editKumar entered film production in 2021 with the Tamil romantic comedy Parris Jeyaraj, starring Santhanam.[1] In the same year, he produced the Punjabi film Fuffad Ji starring Binnu Dhillon and Gurnam Bhullar, in association with Zee Studios.[2]
In 2024, Kumar produced the Tamil film Garudan, featuring Soori, Sasikumar, and Unni Mukundan.[3] The film received positive critical reception and performed well at the box office.
Kumar is currently producing the Pan-Indian bilingual film Vrusshabha, starring Mohanlal. The project is a high-budget action drama being produced in Malayalam and Telugu languages.[4]
