
Started playing in 1979 firstly at School (St.Michaels - Stevenage) and then at Bedwell Table Tennis Club (Stevenage).
Quickly progress from Division 7 (Winning the Divisional title in the first year) to Division 2 and then the Premier Division.
Was ranked number 1 Junior in Hertfordshire - Played Junior County table Tennis (Hertfordshire) Senior County Table (Middlesex) and Veterans County Table Tennis (Hertfordshire) - Currently playing for Hertfordshire Seniors and Hertfordshire Veterans in the Premier Division.
Was ranked as Senior number 1 in Bedfordshire.
Was ranked within the Top 50 Men in England for over 10 years - Highest Veteran Ranking - number 9 in the over 40's and number 2 in the Over 50's.
Managed and played at Ellenborough Table Tennis Club in the British League - Played in the Premier Division for several years - Highest finishing position number 2 in the Premier Division.
Represented Ellenborough Table Tennis Club in the ETTU Cup in Serbia.
Winner of multiple Table Tennis tournaments including:
Veterans Over 40's - Southern Masters
Veterans Over 50's Western Masters
Band One, Band Two winner at multiple Grand Prix tournaments
Runner up in the North East Grand Prix Seniors tournament (to ex England International (Alan Cooke)
Runner up in the Milton Keynes under 21's (The only Under 21's Tournament in England at that time (losing to Steve Dorking in the final)
Represented England Veterans in the Over 40's and Over 50's in at 6/7 Nations on several occasions.
