Jim Van Man is an American college football coach who is currently the offensive coordinator for the Akron Zips.

editUnlike most collegiate coaches, Van Man did not play college football. In March 2024, he signed a one-year contract to be the offensive coordinator of the Akron Zips after newly-hired Taylor Housewright took a step back from football.
