It surprises me how capable the macOS's photos app is when it comes to editing raw images. Being able to do complex image editing on a laptop without using hotkeys or a mouse feels like literal magic, and so is the tone mapping tool. _{The image edited is this photograph of an IvyBridge-EP CPU. As an 8-core server-tier CPU from 2011, it now has performance comparable to mere three Zen3 cores (@~3.6GHz).}
