editI like the organization that has been created, I think separating between food, textile, and process was a good idea that reflects well rounded research.
Images and Media

- Do all images adhere to Wikipedia's copyright regulations?
- Are the images laid out in a visually appealing way?
Images and media evaluation
editThe media is good, and concisely captioned. It seems that the images are from other user's own work or abide by the copyright policy. These images give an understanding of what a symbiotic culture of bacteria looks like.

editI think that there have been some good additions to the article. The organization is good and the article flows well. I think that the textile section could be expanded either in sources or description (or both) and added to the lead description. Perhaps some description of how the oxygen gradient is created could also be added. Keep up the great work!
