Lead is very concise, but offers an explanation of its acronym as well as mentions that it is used in the food/beverage industry.

Content evaluation

Content is relevant and up to date with the information provided. It talks about different fermentation types and the uses for this product.

• Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented?
• Does the content added attempt to persuade the reader in favor of one position or away from another?

Sources look to be quality, they are relevant and current. There is the usage of primary and secondary sources, the links of which are operable.

Organization

Guiding questions:

• Is the content added well-written - i.e. Is it concise, clear, and easy to read?
• Does the content added have any grammatical or spelling errors?
• Is the content added well-organized - i.e. broken down into sections that reflect the major points of the topic?

Organization evaluation

I like the organization that has been created, I think separating between food, textile, and process was a good idea that reflects well rounded research.

Images and Media

Guiding questions: If your peer added images or media

• Does the article include images that enhance understanding of the topic?
• Are images well-captioned?
• Do all images adhere to Wikipedia's copyright regulations?
• Are the images laid out in a visually appealing way?

Images and media evaluation

The media is good, and concisely captioned. It seems that the images are from other user's own work or abide by the copyright policy. These images give an understanding of what a symbiotic culture of bacteria looks like.

I think that there have been some good additions to the article. The organization is good and the article flows well. I think that the textile section could be expanded either in sources or description (or both) and added to the lead description. Perhaps some description of how the oxygen gradient is created could also be added. Keep up the great work!
