The 2025-26 EMMNA season was the fifth season of men's and mixed netball in the United Kingdom. The season started with regional league fixtures between March and August, culminating in National Championships in late-August.

League

Leagues take place between March and August, each team plays the other teams in their league twice - once home and once away.

League points are awarded as:

• 5 points for a win
• 1 bonus point for a loss within half the opponent's points total
• 2 bonus points for a loss within 5 points of the opponent's total
• -5 bonus points for a forfeit
• -5 bonus points for fielding ineligible players
