The regular season started on 13 September 2024 and concluded on 23 March 2025, during which the Leeds Knights finished as League Champions for the third consecutive season. The Leeds Knights also won the National Cup, beating the Romford Raiders 4–1 in the final. The top eight teams from the regular season qualified for the playoffs, and the playoff final took place on 20 April 2025 at the Coventry Skydome, in which the Milton Keynes Lightning beat the Peterborough Phantoms 6–1.
Owen Sobchak of the Hull Seahawks finished the regular season with the most points, 115; one of six players to score more than 100 points in the season.
