I am a change management and communication professional with a background in journalism and media relations. I have started my career as a freelancer photojournalist and as a contributor for the The Indian Express and The Times of India from 2010. Concurrently, I have served as a guest lecturer at St. Joseph's College, Irinjalakuda, from 2013 to 2014.
I have covered global Mixed martial arts news and events for the international sports website, Sportskeeda to be recognized as a top top contributor he became the first Indian journalist to cover combat sports events for Arabs MMA, the Middle East's primary media platform dedicated to combat sports.[1]
Transitioned into corporate communications and change management, applying my media relations background to global enterprise environments. My initial corporate roles included serving at the Hollywood post-production company, Technicolor Group, where I have supported communications for major projects and clients, including Netflix, Disney, and Paramount.
I have since held significant corporate communications, media relations, and change management positions across Fortune 100 and Fortune Global 500 organizations, including Accenture, Honeywell, WNS Global Services, and Lam Research. My work has focused on supporting global leadership teams and facilitating large-scale organizational change initiatives, and driving the adoption and communications strategy for major digitization and AI implementation projects aimed at transforming business operations.
I have been recognized for driving WNS-Vuram to become a two-time finalist for the Gartner Communication Awards for Excellence in Change Communication (2022 & 2023), receiving the WNS Marketing Excellence Award (2023), and earning the Operations Encore Awards – Star of the Business Awards FY 16 at Accenture. My media visibility includes being featured as a spokesperson on NDTV 24x7, Arryadia, and Bahrain TV, as well as in publications such as the Hindustan Times, India Today, Better Photography, Vanitha, and Express Computer.
I am born in Irinjalakuda and had my schooling at Don Bosco High School and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidya Mandir. I have a Bachelors's degree in Commerce and have graduated Masters in Communication from Christ University followed by an M.Phil in Media Studies from Christ University, Bangalore. In 2025, I completed the AI and Agentic AI program offered by Stanford University.
My fields of interest include traditional art forms, mixed martial arts, Indian history, photography, and performance arts. I have learned the musical instrument - Mridangam, from age 9 and have performed at Chembai Sangeetholsavam. I am an orange belt in shotokan karate and was trained in boxing by 1994 Asian Games Silver Medalist at Featherweight division, Zaigham Maseel. From 2014, I have been training at major fight teams based out of the Middle East, including Bahrain MMA and KHK Team Bahrain.
I have also supported promotions and content strategy as a consultant for Lenaa as she published The Autobiography of God, a book about her life and views on mental health in 2023.
