editHello! I'm HandwovenGarden. I'm a Wikipedian from Western Canada. I'm between the ages of 18 and 24 (I don't want to provide too much personal info.) I created my account on March 29, 2026, though I began editing in or around January 2026 on a temporary account. Most of my contributions are to Canadian political articles, but I don't limit myself exclusively to political articles; I plan to expand my works to other sectors of Wikipedia as I go along.

editWhy did you join Wikipedia?
editAfter I switched from Apple Notes to Obsidian, I began to recognize how important knowledge bases were for understanding concepts and ideas that it changed my prospective of Wikipedia.
What types of articles do you work on?
editCanadian politics is my specialty, but I do occasionally dabble into music, American, and Australian politics if I know enough about the topic at hand. As I've stated in my welcome message though, I don't limit myself exclusively to politics; I have many other interests that I plan to contribute to as I augment my reach.
