Pine Harbour Marina is a self-contained marina located in Auckland, New Zealand. It includes berths, dry-stacks, motorhome sites, fuel stations and boat maintenance services. It is under the Franklin Local Board Area, and part of the ancestral whenua of Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki. The marina is a public transport hub for the local area, with SeaLink's ferry service running between Pine Harbour Ferry Terminal and Auckland CBD, Pier 3, Downtown Ferry Terminal daily. The service takes approximately 35 minutes each way.

Services & Amenities

Services include hosting 570 berths, boat lifting, engine flushing, battery charging, fuel supplying and repairs. The marina also has 24 hour security. Toilets, showers and laundry amenities are available for berth owners and leasers . Pine Harbour Boat Painters also offer several boat maintenance services on site.

Offices & Retail Businesses

Multiple bars and cafés are located in the marina, including Pepperjacks, Pine Harbour Eatery, Sunkist Bar + Kitchen and The Coffee Collective. Other private businesses located in the marina include Marina Dentists Pine Harbour and CrossFit Affinity. Formosa Golf Resort is a notable business neighbouring the marina to the south .

Development

Planning for the marina's construction began in 1985. An Auckland Transport passenger ferry service was added in 2003. In 2015, it was purchased by marina development company Empire Capital for $22 million. A new multi-level building, Reliance House, is under development to increase office and retail space in the marina.
