Dr.Ozkul is a professor at Texas A&M University. After completing his PhD in Applied Linguistics and Technology at Iowa State University, he joined the English Department at Texas A&M University in 2024 as a Lecturer of technical writing, technical editing, and composition & rhetoric. His dissertation research focused on critical thinking and reflection in a project-based language learning course on climate change. His teaching has been recognized by Iowa State University with a Teaching Excellence Award. His current interests include project-based learning, critical thinking, and teaching writing.
