The town of ? has an extremely continental cold desert climate (BWk). The summer months are unlivable for most residents due to extremely high temperatures unlike anywhere else. As such, almost all residents leave in late April-early May and return in late September-early October. Even those who stay remain indoors, with all food canned and air conditioning constantly on. During the winter, cold seasons prevail, and the growing season primarily exists during fall and early spring. However, very few things are actually grown there, as water is seldom able to stay on the ground except in winter. Food can be cooked outside during the summer as well.
