Hello! I am DanyMations. I would describe myself as a casual Wikipedia editor who has a fascination for all sorts of topics, ranging from German history and culture to Islamic theology to Middle Eastern cuisine.

My thoughts on Wikipedia

Now, I do appreciate that Wikipedia is a website dedicated for those who love to seek knowledge. I also like how it’s collaborative so that you can work together on articles.

However, I do believe there are some issues:

• bias
• vandalism
• grammar issues
• Outdated information
• misinformation
• etc.

So I, and many other Wikipedia editors out there, take time to fix these issues in order to make this website even better.

I learned a lot from this website, and so can countless others, so why not make it better?

Also, I strongly believe Wikipedia should have censorship or explicit/sexual topics. It doesn't make sense that anyone, even children, can see inappropriate media without having some sort of warning, age-verification, or filtering.

If you wouldn't show such content to kids in person, why allow it virtually?
