The 2025 Youngstown State Penguins baseball team is a baseball team that represents Youngstown State University in the 2025 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Penguins are members of the Horizon League and play their home games at Eastwood Field in Niles, Ohio. They are led by first-year head coach Trevor Charpie.

The Penguins finished the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball season 16–44 overall (9–21 conference) and sixth place in the conference standings, qualifying for the 2024 Horizon League baseball tournament, where they went 4–2, ending their season.
