Who's Blacklist?

From 1998 to 2007, Blacklist has been lurking around the Internet, looking for good times. He has seen things that any ordinary man would either want to love, or hate.

- Half-Life historian (is learing to become one).

1. San Fierro and Los Santos (As in the cities in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas).
or 2. Bay Area, California (if you are one of those Real Life guys).
