About

edit

Hello. I am a Wikipedian and a master's student in Portuguese Studies from Goa, interested in Indo-Portuguese Studies, Goa, Media, and History.

I aim to contribute photographs of subjects relating to Goa and Indo-Portuguese history that are not well documented to the Wikimedia Commons, and in the future I hope to improve cross-language neutrality in articles via Portuguese–English translations.

Today, many Goans use English due to language shift, so there is more content about Goa on the English Wikipedia than on the Portuguese Wikipedia; I aim to bridge the gap between both Wikipedias via English-Portuguese translation. You can view my Portuguese user page here.

I am more active on the Portuguese Wikipedia in creating pages via translation, and covering gaps in Indo-Portuguese issues.
