About Me

Family Historian by night and librarian by day. I am a newbie to Wikipedia and beg your indulgence accordingly. My contributions so far have really been prompted by my work with the Local History team at Moreton Bay Regional Council. It is a combined effort with me essentially doing the data entry and some, but by no means all, of the research.

As I grow more confident, my contributions will no doubt reflect my small "c" catholic interest in all things. For example, you will notice that one of my earliest contributions was about the knitting of tea cosies in Australia. Tea and the drinking thereof is pretty high on the list of my priorities.
