𐰇𐱅𐰚𐰤, I've updated it to 2024. For the future, if you're just updating it with more recent dates, I went to the Data tab, then set the frequency filter to annual, pressed table, scrolled down to the year on year percentage change for Turkey, and multiplied the last date we had on the Wikipedia dataset by next year's percentage increase on BIS.
