This icon covers up the "x" (close button) on things that pop up in the upper page area

There are things I've forgotten the exact name for (notices of things like image of the year or... arbcom elections? and stuff) that pop up above the title that it covers up the close icon for (in such a way it can't be clicked), and it also covers protection icons if there are any and those notices aren't present. Is there a way to adjust its position to avoid that? - Purplewowies (talk) 17:47, 18 January 2018 (UTC)

Updating icon

The icon is from the early 2000s, and I know we all love our golden-oldies, this one is faded/colorless, and so outlined. We keep the anthropomorphism so dearly loved on en-wiki, and I suggest we use File:Microsoft_Fluent_UI_–_ic_fluent_chat_bubbles_question_16_color.svg.
