This template creates a userbox that identifies you as a recipient of the United States Armed Forces Air Medal.

Use

To use this userbox template, place the following Wikitext on your user page:

where:

branch is the optional military branch:
- USAF = United States Air Force. (default)
- USA = United States Army.
- USCG = United States Coast Guard.
- USMC = United States Marine Corps.
- USN = United States Navy.
service is the optional service recognized:
- merit = for meritorious achievement while participating in aerial flight. (default)
- valor = for valor while participating in aerial flight.
nocat= is the optional category parameter:
- nocat=false — Include the user page in the relevant category shown below. (default)
- nocat=true — Do not declare a category.
