This template can be used for the parameter |based_on2= of templates such as {{Infobox film}}, {{Infobox television}}, {{Infobox opera}} and {{Infobox musical composition}}. It is based on {{based_on}}, creating an automatic line break between the original work title and its creator(s), while also indenting additional lines for easier reading. Multiple writers can be specified with an arbitrary number of additional parameters. See Manual of Style (titles) for the proper way of displaying the title of the source material.
