This template generates an external link to the French Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP) for a specific airport. These links change every 28 days and the template calculates the correct URL based on the current date.

- (unnamed) – airport's ICAO location indicator, e.g. LFMN
- name (optional) – airport's location, e.g. NICE COTE D'AZUR (as shown in the AIP). Most airports show two locations: the first is the city served, second is the city where the airport is located.

Technical information
editThe AIP is updated on a 28-day cycle as per the ICAO. For the online version of the French AIPs this causes a change in the URL involving the AIRAC effective date formatted as YYYY-MM-DD. This template uses the current date (presently 15 Jun 2026) to calculate the effective date. The following is a list for the current and upcoming AIRAC cycles:
