"Working Men's College"
editThe name is taken from the "Working Men's College", Camden (London), established 1854, apparently with the intention of promoting co-operative socialism. Unfortunately, the Wikipedia article for "Working Men's College" does not include any content for the period 1854-1904, so it is not possible to understand what exactly the Working Men's College (Camden) was doing in 1887, or why Melbourne thought it was a good example to follow. 1.159.83.148 (talk) 14:21, 24 May 2025 (UTC)
