The picture
with the caption Pirates may have revealed their identity upon boarding the unsuspecting ship to create an atmosphere of fear. appears to show a pirate ship battling a warship with a large portion of marines aboard. I would say the caption and picture are at odds with one another since I believe the warship is interdicting the pirate ship.
