Notability?
editIs this guy notable for any reason other than his involvement in Morales's ouster? (WP:SINGLEEVENT) It seems like all the info here, other than basic info like his birthplace and the year he was appointed, has to do with his asking Morales to resign. If he's not independently notable, and/or we don't have anything to say about him besides what is already covered in Evo Morales government resignation, this article doesn't really seem necessary. — cmonghost 👻 (talk) 13:43, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
