milw0rm set the standard and was the standard. The lack of mention only leads me to believe (what most who were there back then would believe) is some sort of a lack of credit going around because what used to be dangerously practiced by a very select few is now a $200 billion industry full of frauds. milw0rm belongs more than anything else here.
