Would it be appropriate to make a brief mention of the Waterloo Co‑operative Residence Inc. in the student housing section? The university has no involvement in it, but this is a major student residence and immediately adjacent to campus. It's the largest student housing cooperative in North America. - That does seem important. What specifically do you have in mind as to what to include? 2620:101:F000:7C1:0:0:0:4079 (talk) 07:21, 9 March 2025 (UTC)
- Not much since we can link to the article about it. A sentence or two to cover the founding date, its location, the number of residents (and maybe the number of residence buildings), and a very brief explanation that it is a student housing cooperative rather than a university venture. - I'm gong to add this unless anyone objects. Full disclosure: I attended the University of Waterloo, but I was not a member of the Waterloo Co‑operative Residence Inc. so I don't see any COI issue. Meters (talk) 19:09, 25 May 2026 (UTC)
- done (although I did not mention the founding date): Meters (talk) 23:36, 1 June 2026 (UTC)
