Report of declining UMPK effectiveness

There are reports of a significant drop in UMPK effectiveness in the war on Ukraine due to improved electronic warfare countermeasures by Ukraine. (link to OSINT reports from Russian pilot milbloggers.) Many fewer UMPK bombs are hitting their designated targets and satellite course corrections are now failing to guide.
