Updating Information on the Page

Good Day,

I am an Administrative Assistant for the Timmins Square Shopping Centre. I have been asked to update information on the Page but I'm not versed at that so I'm hoping someone can help please.

On August 22, 2024, we became Timmins Square Shopping Centre Inc. Bayfield Realty Advisors were a 70% shareholder and bought out RioCan's 30%.

Management is now Timmins Square Shopping Centre Inc. (not RioCan)

Owner is Bayfield Realty Advisors Inc.

With the tearing down of the old Sears portion of the building in 2021, we now have 281,168 square feet of space and 65 stores (down from 70).
