I ran across this 2007 article (search for "confuses Kumis") which says the claim of a December 856 earthquake in Tunis that killed 45,000 is a mistake made by Al-Suyuti, and actually derives from the 856 Damghan earthquake.--Milowent • ^hasspoken 17:12, 9 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
