Authoritarian Drift Template

There has been a short back and forth on the Authoritarian Drift in the Second Trump Administration SIDEBAR template as to whether this article should be included in the template. Looking at the page, I can't see how this is tightly integrated with the subject of the template, and have removed it. WP:SIDEBAR says SIDEBARS should be treated with special attention, because they are so prominently displayed to readers. The collection of articles in a sidebar template should be fairly tightly related. Nevertheless this article says nothing about authoritarian drift and neither is it just about the second Trump administration. Sirfurboy🏄 (talk) 08:14, 24 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
