Initial post
editPerhaps someone knowlegable could ammend this statement:
- "Roughly speaking its politics are to the left of The New Republic and to the right of The Nation."
to indicate to those of us unfamiliar with these publications, where the politcs of "The American Prospect" lie. Is it primarily liberal, conservative or middle of the road?

- I've added a phrase from the magazine's description of itself in the hopes of clarifying its liberalism. The New Republic is a centrist to center-left publication, while The Nation is decidedly leftist (as American politics go, anyway). RadicalSubversiv E 02:14, 10 January 2006 (UTC)
Use of "biweekly" and "bimonthly" is ambiguous
editThis article uses "biweekly" and "bimonthly" several times. But these terms can mean once every two of the period, or twice within the period. So bimonthly could mean twice per month, or once every two months. It would be helpful if someone could revise the article to clarify this. This would help us understand the narrative that relates the changes in frequency of publication to the challenges the publication faced with each schedule, which could be due to too-fast a pace, or too-infrequent revenue.
