ghana has one (non-circulating), there's ke ny a 's (circulating), somalia has 30 (all non-circulating), somaliland has even more at 99 (mixed), tanzania has one (circulating), uganda has three (mixed), zimbabwe/rhodesia has one (non-circulating), and if you want to be strict and define it as only a coin worth half of a pound, guernsey has one... oh, and just discovered this, but apparently scotland had its own series of 10 shilling coins from 1582 to 1706... even if this is the only one considered notable enough to have an article, i would at least mention (some of) these in passing...
