@EJHalfz I know you're only translating from the Indonesian version but it should be pointed out that this page combines two separate conflicts, i.e., one ending in 1591 and another one in 1607–1611, the latter of which is known to local sources as the "Islamic War" or "War of Islamization" (Bugis: Musu' Selleng, Makassar: Bundu' Kasallangang). One can argue that the latter is merely a continuation of the former, but the circumstances surrounding the two conflicts are quite different. If the name "Tellumpoccoe War" is meant to be inclusive of all conflicts involving Tellumpoccoe, the 1582–1611 timeframe is also not quite correct, as they continue to have conflicts with Gowa-Talloq in years after. — swarabakti💬 08:36, 22 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
