Find correct name The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere. The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.

Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

If this is a generic article of the Portuguese League Cup. I think that the information of the editions should be alocated in a specif article. Portuguese League Cup 2007-08 has a specif page. In Portuguese League Cup should only be for generic information...

Where's the source for this statement? It is untrue since this is a competition organized and managed by the league, not the national football federation. Parutakupiu 19:37, 12 August 2007 (UTC)Reply

The Portuguese Liga (First Division) is also a competion organized and managed by the league, and 6 teams qualify for the UEFA competitions on a yearly basis. The Portuguese League Cup is managed by the league, but sanctioned by the federation, but I don't know if the winner qualifies for the UEFA Cup, by the way... True, forgot that "detail" :P But since the Liga and the Portuguese Cup already qualify clubs for European competitions I don't think (nor have I heard) that the League Cup winner would qualify either. Well, in England and France the League Cup winner qualifies for the UEFA Cup. These are the only cases in Europe, I think. Other league cups like the German one, do not qualify the winner for any European competition. I remember hearing something about UEFA Cup qualification for the Carlsberg Cup in the news, and that the 5th placed team in the championship would lose their place, but I can't confirm. Gosh, I'm really uninformed :S Thanks for enlightening me on that. Well, I have the Cup regulations and they don't speak about a UEFA Cup spot for the winner; the League portal has no info about it either. Parutakupiu 19:14, 13 August 2007 (UTC)Reply
