Hi there,
I'd like to request an technical edit. Since I'm still a new user it might be better I won't do it myself.

It has been reported today that Secretary of State Rubio has appointed Fagin as the civilian lead of the Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC) in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
